The September 11, 2026 dataset contains 3,100,750 violation rows. The August 14 to September 10 issue-date window yielded 153 training-related records across 115 mines and 39 states before individual contact and service-fit checks. These are research candidates, not a count of customers or qualified buyers.

Why pay for information that is public?
The government records are free. The paid work is filtering them to your service area, joining mine and operator context, researching a usable public business contact route, and preparing a concise PDF and CSV. You can do that research yourself; the sample lets you judge whether our work is useful.
Who is this for?
Independent MSHA Part 46 and Part 48 trainers and small safety consultancies that want to find mine operators to research. It is not a list of people who asked for training. Your professional judgment and any operator outreach remain yours.
What is in the free sample?
Up to five distinct-mine records matched to your states and training focus, with a public business contact route, source identifiers, a fit note, and a neutral outreach angle. If fewer meet the checks, we send fewer and explain the coverage gap. No filler, card, or sales call.
Can my territory support a useful weekly briefing?
Not every territory can. We review recurring record supply, training topics, prior deliveries, and your exclusions before inviting paid enrollment. Some weeks may have no qualified new matches. We disclose that instead of widening your territory or relabeling repeats as new.
What do I receive for $99 a month?
One PDF briefing and working CSV each week, with up to 10 qualifying distinct-mine records for one agreed territory and service profile. No filler when fewer qualify. Records are not exclusive, and repeats are identified rather than presented as new prospects.
How current are the examples?
This public Pennsylvania example uses the September 11, 2026 MSHA source snapshot. Company contact pages were checked September 13, 2026. The four actions shown were terminated in that snapshot. These are format examples, not live-status checks or evidence of a current training need.
How do I verify a record?
Open the official MSHA retrieval system and search the Mine ID and violation number provided. The example links also identify the underlying public datasets. A company contact page verifies a contact route, not an individual decision-maker or interest in buying.
How do payment and cancellation work?
A secure monthly Stripe invoice is sent only after you approve the sample and agree the service scope. No automatic charge. The service is month to month. Cancel by emailing hello@minecitationscout.com before the next invoice. There is no long-term contract or cancellation fee. Paid enrollment opens only once business and payment setup are complete.
What if the paid briefing misses my scope?
If the first paid briefing misses the agreed territory or Part 46 / Part 48 scope, we will correct the briefing or refund that month's service fee. Report a scope issue within seven days of delivery. This is a scope-fit promise, not a guarantee of leads, replies, sales, compliance outcomes, or record availability.
