Service terms

Mine Citation Scout provides business research for independent MSHA trainers and small safety consultancies. The service turns public training citation records into a territory-matched shortlist for the customer's own review and outreach decisions.

Founding pilot scope

The pilot is $99 per month and includes a weekly PDF and CSV with up to 10 qualifying distinct-mine records. If fewer records meet the agreed territory, rule focus, freshness, and quality criteria, the briefing may contain fewer than 10 records. Mine Citation Scout does not add filler. Each included record is intended to contain mine and operator context, a public business contact path, an official verification route, a fit note, and a neutral outreach angle.

Sample, payment, and renewal

The free sample contains up to five qualifying records, with fewer when fewer qualify and no filler. A secure monthly Stripe invoice is sent only after you approve the sample and agree the service scope. No automatic charge. Paid enrollment is not yet open; availability must be confirmed before payment. The service is month to month. The customer may cancel before the next invoice by emailing hello@minecitationscout.com. There is no long-term contract or cancellation fee.

Scope-fit promise

If the first paid briefing misses the agreed territory or Part 46 / Part 48 scope, we will correct the briefing or refund that month's service fee. Report a scope issue within seven days of delivery. This promise applies to the agreed research scope only. It does not guarantee leads, replies, meetings, sales, compliance outcomes, record availability, or the continuing accuracy of a public contact channel.

Use and limitations

A citation is a public-record research signal, not proof of buyer intent, present noncompliance, fault, or a need for outside training. Public records and contact details can change after the snapshot date. Customers must verify a record before outreach and use their own professional judgment. The service is not legal advice, a compliance determination, or an enforcement opinion. Mine Citation Scout is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Mine Safety and Health Administration or the U.S. Department of Labor.
