Where our offer overlaps
Territory filters, training-rule filters, source links and exports are not unique to Mine Citation Scout. Other products can support related workflows, and a clean website does not make our evidence better by itself. The useful question is whether the sample gives you a more usable, appropriately scoped research queue for the work you actually do.
What to evaluate in a sample
- Can you reproduce the record using official identifiers?
- Are termination status, source dates and unknowns visible?
- Does the exact topic fit your services and delivery capabilities?
- Is the business contact route usable and honestly labeled?
- Are repeated records and thin territorial coverage disclosed?
Our historical sample library lets you inspect those details without providing an email address. A tailored sample checks a different question: whether your own territory and service profile have suitable coverage.
What we do not currently provide
We do not offer a live national searchable database, automated watchlist alerts, penalty or payment monitoring, verified ownership-change alerts, or a compliance photo reviewer. The sample library is a dated set of examples, not a substitute for those tools. We will not label planned capabilities as available.
When a free source is enough
If you already know which mines to inspect, enjoy working with public datasets, or only need occasional lookups, begin with the free sources. Pay for a briefing only if its verified research work is worth the fee to you. We cannot promise replies, sales, or a minimum number of suitable new records each week.
Descriptions reflect the linked vendors' own public pages on the review date and may change. Links are provided for comparison; no affiliation or endorsement is implied. Verify current terms and capabilities with each provider.
